Thrive Youth Cashback Donation Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for App Users Donating to “Thrive Youth Development Canada” aka DAREARTS FOUNDATION INC. (hereinafter referred to as Thrive Youth).

Thank you for considering making a donation to Thrive Youth through our Onlia app. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the donation process. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our app and choosing to make a donation to Thrive Youth through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the app or participating in the donation process.

2. Donation Process

2.1. You will be presented with the option to donate $2 (Two Canadian Dollars) to Thrive Youth.

2.2. You will be presented with the option to donate $2 (Two Canadian Dollars) from your earned cashback

2.3. Once you confirm your $2 (Two Canadian Dollars) donation, Onlia will transfer your donation to Thrive Youth.

3. Donation Collection

3.1. All donations collected through our app for Thrive Youth will be issued to Thrive Youth as a donation from Onlia.

3.2. No tax receipt will be issued to the customer for the cashback donation made through our platform.

4. Eligibility

4.1. To make a donation through our app, you must be of legal age according to the laws of Ontario, Canada, or have parental/guardian consent.

4.2. Donations are deducted from your earned cashback rewards. No payment method is required.

5. Donation Processing

5.1. All donations made through our app are final and non-refundable.

5.2. We reserve the right to reject any donation that we believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Privacy

6.1. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. We will be providing a monthly summary that includes customer names, email addresses, donation amounts, and the date of donation to Thrive Youth.

6.3. By using our app and making a donation, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and for the limited purpose described at 6.2.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. In no event shall we, our affiliates, or our partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our app or your donation to Thrive Youth through our platform.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting.
